ALL activities are FREE and open for the
entire event unless otherwise noted.
Top Team Trophies & Raffle Winners announced at 3:00pm.
Autism York & Easter Seals Headquarters ~
Atrium (Main Entrance)
- Talk with Autism York and Easter Seals representatives
- Pick-up future event and program information
- Sign up for our emails and Newsletters
- Connect with our Autism York Adult and Teen Meet-Up Groups
- Obtain information regarding Easter Seals Respite Care Weekends, Therapeutic Recreation, Camping Programs, Autism Resource Center, Advocacy Services, and Interpreting Services
- Buy($) a ticket for one of our many Raffle Baskets
- Shop($) our selection of Awareness Items (prices vary)
Donation Drop-off ~ Fundraising Room
(behind the Atrium staircase)
- Drop off financial donations collected from friends & family
- Teams that have raised at $400 or more may pick up Star Fundraiser trophy & team medal in this room (one trophy & 1 medal per team)
- Teams that have raised $50 - $399 may pick up medals in this room (one medal per team)
- Cash, check and major credit cards will be accepted
- Donation cut-off for trophies is September 10, 2016 at 2:00pm. Donations will be accepted after 2pm but will not be included in team totals for the trophies.
WALK ~ Indoor Track (2nd Floor)
- Walk individually, as a family or as a large team
- There is no distance requirement. Walk as little or long as you are able. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted.
- Team photos can be taken outside in front of the building or up in the large hallway leading to the Indoor Track.
Family Fun Zone ~ Gymnasium
- Our Family Fun Zone allows parents and children to come and play together. No lines and no paperwork needed. Families will have a great time ejoying bounce houses, an obstacle course and fun crafts!
- Note: Parents are responsible for the oversight of their children at all times.
Face Painting, Balloon Animals, and Star Wars Personalities ~ Cafeteria Annex & Roaming the Event
Visit our amazing artists and personalities that are long-time favorites for kids of all ages! Don’t forget to bring your camera for all the photo opportunities available.
Bob the Critter Guy ~ Upper Atrium
Come visit Bob the Critter Guy and check out his amazing reptile display!
Autism Expo ~ Cafeteria
The Autism Expo features an extensive vendor fair for autism specific vendors to exhibit their services. A multitude of information about autism is available for families, professionals and members of the community. The event allows families and individuals affected by autism to network and locate appropriate resources. Last year over 50 vendors participated in this event.
Food Vendors ~ Outside Main Entrance
Several food vendors will be located in front of the school where food, drinks and snacks are available for purchase.
