The Puzzle Partner's is a club at York Suburban Middle school that is comprised of students from the LIU #12 Autism Support Classroom and General Education students. This club works to promote awareness, acceptance and friendship for all. Our walk team has the same goal. The members of the team are students from this club, other students from York Suburban, LIU Employees, York Suburban staff, TSS and BSC and from various wraparound agencies. This team is a true work of heart from friends and families that want to help Autism York continue to provide their wonderful support services to individuals and families with Autism. Autism York sponsors many events and programs at low or no cost to families and individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our community. These include monthly meetings, family social events, social groups for adults & teens with ASD, a Resource Guide, Lending Library, information and awareness opportunities, the Buddy Project, Special Siblings Outreach Program, and more!
All are made possible through tax deductible donations to Autism York. About 75% of the income raised each year to fund all of these events and programs comes from the annual Walk. All money raised stays here to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families in the York area. Thank you for generous support!
