For all the kids in the county that deserve a place to go and be their selves. We have attended this for the first time last year and it was a big hit with the kids and we had no major melt downs what a relief. Along with that many of us were able to get informations on the help that we were in need of . I personally enjoy being able to watch my grandson enjoy the activities that are held with out fear someone may get offended by his actions or his way of thinking . Mini golfing / swimming and the movies along with many other activities . Thanks to all that help wiht these much needed organizations !!! Won't you help too?
Autism York sponsors many events and programs at low or no cost to families and individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our community. These include monthly meetings, family social events, a social groups for adults with ASD, a Resource Guide, Lending Library, education and awareness opportunities, the Buddy Project, Special Siblings Outreach Program, and more!
All are made possible through tax deductible donations to Autism York. About 75% of the income raised each year to fund all of these events and programs comes from the annual Walk. All money raised stays here to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families in the York area. Thank you for generous support!
