WALK DONATION FORM

Use this form to collect cash & check donations. DOWNLOAD HERE

TROPHY & MEDAL INFORMATION

  • Trophies will be awarded to the Top 3 Fundraising Teams (one per team) on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 2:00pm.
  • Star Fundraiser trophies will be awarded to teams (one per team) that raise $400 or more through Saturday, April 2, 2022.
  • Medals will be awarded to teams (one per team) that raise $50 or more through Saturday, April 2, 2022.

Medals and Star Fundraiser trophies can be picked up the day of the Walk in the Fundraising Room.

 

NOTE:  Autism York is NOT able to track or credit any Walk donations made through Facebook.
