About the Autism Expo:
→ Services and the products displayed at the Autism Expo are required to be “autism specific”. Goods and services represented must be related to the care, treatment, or awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
→ Over the last two years, this event has drawn over 2000 attendees with publicity primarily distributed through local billboards, radio advertisements, social media and our fundraising team activities.
→ The Expo is located in the Central York High School Cafeteria which provides excellent visibility to all attendees. Last year there were 45 vendors at this event.
→ The Expo is open throughout the entire event. This is the perfect opportunity for your business or organization to showcase your products and services, as well as meet face-to-face with the families that use them!
→ Many parents take advantage of our free childcare area so that they can browse the Expo and take time to talk to our vendors. However, you can also expect that children will come as well. Some vendors have provided free goodies or coupons at their table.
→ Exhibitor Tables will be designated by sponsorship levels. A second table is available upon request, however, it is based on availability. Priority will be given to sponsors and are first come, first served. Please do not request a second table if one table is enough for you to present your information/goods/services.
Expo Exhibitor Fee $25
Autism York will provide 1 6ft table and 2 chairs for your participation at the Autism Expo and recognition on Expo program. This fee is not tax-deductible.
Autism Expo Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship is tax deductible. Autism York is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The Exhibitor Fee of $25 is waived for all sponsorship levels.

The mission of Autism York is to provide support to individuals on the autism spectrum, their parents, families and friends. Our group exists for the sole purpose of providing support in a safe and friendly environment. It is the intention of Autism York as a group to promote understanding and respect of all families and the choices they make regarding therapies and interventions. Through this group we will offer opportunities for families and individuals on the autism spectrum to learn, grow, and develop relationships that help guide one another through this journey.
