About the Autism Expo:

•  We are welcoming autism specific providers AND non-autism specific vendors, goods and services!  All are welcome!

• Each vendor is also required to feature a FREE family-friendly activity or giveaway! 

• This is an INDOOR and OUTDOOR Event. 

• All vendors will be approved by our Expo Committee and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only. No non-autism specific duplicate vendors will be accepted. 

• If you accidentally sign up as a duplicate exhibitor, we will notify you and refund your exhibitor fee.

 

Expo Exhibitor Information - THIS IS AN INDOOR/OUTDOOR EVENT. VENDORS MUST BRING A POP-UP TENT IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER

• Early Bird Expo Exhibitor Fee is $35 until midnight 2-20-23.

• Expo Exhibitor Fee is $45 after midnight 2-20-23.

• Expo Exhibitor Fee is not tax-deductible or refundable.

• Each Exhibitor will be provided with a 6 foot table and 2 chairs.

• Exhibitor provides their own table coverings.

• This is an INDOOR/OUTDOOR Event.  Please bring your own pop-up tent in case of inclement weather.

• Exhibitors are required to provide either a family-friendly activity or give-away.

• There is electricty at the Stadium. Should you require electrity, please let us know, and spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  You will be responsibile for bringing your own chords, power strips, etc.

• Exhibitors will be recognized on our Autism York WALK FOR AUTISM & AUTISM EXPO program and on our Facebook page.
